Every order ships free to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 5-8 working days after dispatch. During busy periods (winter peak, Christmas) it can occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, contact us through our contact page and we'll investigate and send a replacement or a full refund.
